The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a 6-month base period plus two (2) option periods with Missouri University of Science & Technology (MS&T). The requirement is for the construction of a biodegradable polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) fiber scaffold.
Contract tasks with the associated deliverables: Production of PLGA fibers and screen degradation profile. Coating of mRNA-LNP onto fibers and analyses. Production of the best PLGA fibers. : Missouri University of Science & Technology (MS&T) is the exclusive producer and distributor of electrospun acid fibers and associated services.
