NOTE:  The purpose of this amendment is to postpone the due date from 10 June 2026 3PM to 30 June 2026 3PM.  This is to allow the Government additional time to answer the request for information received.   It is also anticipated that the period of performance start date will be modified to 14 September 2026. Due to Government System issues the Government is unable to post an official copy of the amendment at this moment.   A copy will be posted when available.


NOTE:  Attached herewith please find copy of Amendment 0001.  The amendment is to postpone the due-in date from 29 May 2026, 03:00 PM, to 10 June 2026, 03:00 PM.  This is to allow the Government to reply to the Request for Information received. Copy of the amendment duly filled in and signed must be returned together with your quote.


REQUIREMENT TITLE:  W912PF-25-Q-A011 – APF (APPROPRIATED FUND) MENSA OPERATIONS USAG ITALY, DARBY MILITARY COMMUNITY


Description of the project: The Contractor shall provide all Mensa services including, but not limited to, purchasing food ingredients, preparing, cooking, and serving food and drink items and cleaning the Mensa assigned areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, supplies, chemicals, supervision, and other items or services to perform. The contractor shall accomplish in the performance of this contract respecting this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable and current US and Host Nation laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Italian A.S.L. (Azienda Sanitaria Locale), Host Nation Public Sanitary Department (Dipartimento Sanita’ Pubblica) standards, applicable Italian food service law; D.lgs. 81/2008 Testo Unico sulla sicurezza del lavoro, US Army food regulations; Army Regulations AR 30-22; DA PAM 30-22; DA PAM 738-750; TB MED 530; FM 21-10; FM 10-23; FM 10-24; and TM 10-412. Location of the work:  The site of the proposed service is Darby Military Community, Livorno, Italy.


METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract. 


Performance period:  The Government contemplates issuing a Requirement type contract for one year plus four (4) option years.  See below for details:
