The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution FCI Ashland, intends to issue solicitation RFQ15B10226Q00000011 for Quarterly Kosher Subsistence. Under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidelines, this requirement is for food products delivered FOB Destination FCI Ashland, PO Box 888, St. Route 716, Ashland Ky 41105. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract and reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered as the evaluation factors. 


The solicitation will be available on or about May 7, 2026, and will be posted exclusively to SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for all updates and amendments. Bids must be received no later than May 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. A valid letter of Kosher Certification must be submitted at the same time as the bid to be considered for award. Please note that deliveries will begin July 1, 2026, and will not be accepted prior to that date.


Payments will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for orders over $15,000.00, or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less.
