The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) is seeking Submissions for the provision of automotive fuels (diesel, unleaded and premium), lubricants, and heating oil fuels to GOS ministries, crown corporations and the MASH sector (municipalities, academia, schools & hospitals) and First Nations schools on an if and when requested basis for multiple locations throughout southern Saskatchewan (south of Highway 55). More information on locations can be found in Appendix D – Delivery Locations, posted separately on SaskTenders. This competition, as well as any resulting agreement(s) will require supply and delivery of fuel sources via bulk delivered fuel, drummed fuel, pump fuel, and cardlock fuel. Several ministries, agencies, and entities require the supply and delivery of automotive fuels, lubricants, and heating oil fuels. Some of the vehicles and equipment requiring fuel and lubricants are: • Central Vehicle Agency (CVA) vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs); • Heavy trucks and equipment, including, road construction equipment, snowplows, graders, and sanding trucks; • Correctional transport units, used to securely transport prisoners from one centre to another; and • Foresty and wildfire equipment, utilized by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency. Additional InformationOnly emailed submissions will be accepted. GOS will not be issuing any addendums, amendents, or responding to any Proponent questions during the holiday period. Regular procurement activities will resume on January 5, 2026.
