NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in Support of Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF) is issuing a solicitation as a SDVOSB small business set- aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) contract to provide services necessary to perform Aviation Climate Assessment Survey System (ACASS) Administration and Support Services.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services following the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award.


Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation.


The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611710 “Educational Support Services".


Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
