The contract requires the provision of routine trash refuse removal services across Millerton Lake State Recreation Area, covering both the North Shore in Madera County and the South Shore in Fresno County. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, vehicles, and materials necessary to collect and haul waste from predetermined container locations as mapped in Exhibit A, Attachment 2, and dispose of it in compliance with state regulations. Services must be performed on a scheduled basis, including on legal holidays, with additional roll-off dumpsters provided during high-use periods such as Labor Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, and Easter.
