The CTMF has a requirement which is to purchase two application software which are Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Management System (CPMMS) & Inventory Management System (IMS). The CPMMS and IMS are two software to manage GMP activities to perform equipment and instrument calibration, preventive maintenance and material management for consumables. Currently, these activities are performed via excel spreadsheet which raises a high risk of human errors and efficiency. In order to meet HC GUI-0001, HC GUI-0119, FDA 21 CFR Part 210, FDA 21 CFR Part 211 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 these tools will automated and ensure that these regulation are met while performing these GMP tasks.
