Camp Hartell CSMS Compressor Replacement

The State of Connecticut through its Department of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for the replacement of two existing air compressors at Camp Hartell with one building air compressor and two breathing air compressors, along with all associated specialties and power infrastructure, under solicitation number 25MIL23702. This is a design-bid-build procurement governed by the State of Connecticut’s General Conditions for Construction, modified by supplementary conditions, and structured as a lump sum bid with a contract time allowance of 290 calendar days and liquidated damages of $839 per day for delays beyond substantial completion.
