Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) is responsible for attracting and enrolling personnel into the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). There is a strong willingness to address specific customer service issues in order to reach the highest industry standards in terms of customer experience. CFRG is seeking a means by which to determine the quality of customer service interactions at Canadian Forces Recruiting Centers (CFRCs). To conduct this assessment, a Mystery Shopper service is required. This assessment will be executed utilizing various means throughout the recruitment process; in-person visits, telephone, social media channels, Forces.ca, and participation in online recruiting events.
