The 633d Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify capable Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) qualified to provide comprehensive Chaplain Retreat Services for Air Force personnel and their families. This solicitation, identified as FA480026QA065, is exclusively set aside for certified WOSBs and seeks vendors with proven experience in organizing retreats focused on spiritual, professional, and familial well-being. Services encompass full logistical support including venue coordination, program development, facilitation, meals aligned with dietary requirements such as vegan and allergy-friendly options, childcare services meeting Virginia staffing ratios, and provision of audiovisual equipment in ADA-compliant facilities. Events are held primarily in Hampton, Virginia, within 60 to 225 miles of Joint Base Langley-Eustis, and may occur on federal holidays without additional compensation. Contractors must ensure venues meet IHA Three Star ratings, provide round-style seating for up to 80 participants with proper AV and internet access, and accommodate special needs through EFMP-certified childcare providers with specialized training in behavior management, medication administration, and CPR.
