INTRODUCTION The City of Morgan Hill is soliciting proposals for Construction Management and Field Inspection Services for the City’s Sewer Relief Trunk Line Project. The City is currently completing the design for the project and preparing to send the project out to bid in late 2025/early 2026. The environmental compliance documentation and right-of-way acquisitions have all been completed. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Project extends from Renz Lane in the City of Gilroy, near the intersection of Renz Lane and Camino Arroyo, to the intersection of Highland Avenue and Harding Avenue, in the unincorporated community of San Martin within the County of Santa Clara. The Project is located within the public right-of-way of Harding Avenue, Highland Avenue, Monterey Road, Las Animas Avenue, Murray Avenue, Chestnut Street, East 7th Street, and Renz Lane; and also within utility easements through private property. SCOPE OF SERVICES The City is seeking the services of a construction management (CM) firm to help facilitate bidding, awarding and constructing the Sewer Relief Trunk Line Project. An initial scope of services is provided in Exhibit A. The final scope of services will include the tasks presented in Exhibit A, as well as other elements or modifications arrived at during scope and fee negotiations with the City. All services shall be provided in accordance with the City’s Standard Consultant Agreement attached as Exhibit C.
