Closed Captioning Services

The City of Houston is seeking qualified vendors to provide real-time stenographic closed captioning services for live broadcasts, recorded programs, and postproduction content generated by its various departments. The selected vendor must supply all necessary labor, equipment, modern software, technical expertise, and supervision to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant captioning that meets federal accessibility standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and FCC regulations. Services must support both live and archived media across multiple platforms to enhance accessibility for individuals with hearing impairments.
