Scope: The City of Murrieta (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, secure, cloud-based Fleet Management Information System (FMIS). The selected system will serve as a centralized platform to manage the City’s diverse fleet operations across all municipal departments.
To meet the City's operational needs, the proposed solution must include, but not be limited to, the following core capabilities:
Asset & Lifecycle Management: Comprehensive tracking of asset data, maintenance frequency, parts warranty, mileage, and total cost of ownership (TCO) over each vehicle's lifecycle.
Operations & Inspections: Digital vehicle inspection workflows and proactive vehicle replacement planning.
Integrations: Seamless compatibility with the City's third-party telematics platforms and fuel providers.
Security & Compliance: Secure cloud hosting meeting industry-standard data protection policies (including CJIS compliance if applicable to public safety fleet data).
Professional Services: Provision of system migration, implementation, data conversion, and comprehensive staff training.
