NBSD Requirements Branch WIB Submission Form Work Type (contract or shops): CONTRACTS Maximo Location: NBSDDRY-3187A Scope of work (include mission need dates, and or special requirements): REPLACE 8 EACH TRANE 15 TON HVAC PACKAGE UNITS THAT ARE OVER 24 YEARS OLD AND ONLY 1 COMPRESSOR WORKS ON UNIT AC-7E. THE ENTIRE WEST SIDE OF THE 2ND FLOOR DOES NOT HAVE AC. 1. ALL 4 UNITS ARE RUNNING BUT ONLY 1 COMPRESSOR IS OPERATIONAL. 2. CRANE SUPPORT WILL BE REQUIRED. PROJECTDEV SR# 23256906 SAR: N/A L/A test: WO# F6NTVY (NEGATIVE ASBESTOS TEST RESULTS) AC waiver: N/A Funding Type: CNIC SCOPE OF WORK: REPLACE 25,000 SQUARE-FOOT BUILT-UP MINERAL SURFACE FLAT ROOF. 1. Re-roof B-3187(APPROX 25,00O SQFT) in its entirety to include the parapet walls that range from 1’-5’ in height. 2. Paint all the Edge Flashing around the roof. 3. Have the proper pitch done on the new roof. 4. Remove/replace all dry rotted wood were need be. 5. Remove all abandoned pipes on the roof and paint gas piping yellow with directional arrows. 6. Provide 30” wide walking pads from the existing roof access ladder and around the perimeter of all the HVAC roof top equipment. 7. Remove all abandoned conduit and electrical equipment. Bring all existing electrical equipment up to current code. 8. Install new Dura block roof support blocks for all piping and conduit. ASBESTOS TEST RESULTS COMPLETE AND CERITIFIED PERSONNEL AND ASBESTOS SAFE WORK AND CONTAINMENT PRACTICES ARE NOT REQUIRED. NO LEAD SAMPLES NECESSARY.
