Work Type: Contract Location: NBSDDRY:3663 MECHANICAL ROOM Scope of work: 1) ISOLATE GAS, ELECTRICAL AND WATER/TO THE BOILER.PERFORM LOCK OUT AND TAG OUT 2)REMOVE SUPPLY LINES TO THE UNIT AND REMOVE UNIT FROM MECHANICAL ROOM. 3) INSTALL TEMP BOILER AND GET CERTIFIED 4) INSTALL AND PROGRAM NEW BOILER(Lochinvar Armor X2)WITH BOILER TECHNICIAN 4)REMOVE TEMP BOILER. ENERGIZE AND TEST NEW BOILER WITH BOILER INSPECTOR.
