BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Commonwealth University's Bloomsburg Campus is advancing an ambitious modernization initiative designed to elevate the performance of Centennial Hall for decades to come. Central to this effort is the development of a new shared chiller plant facility, complemented by comprehensive HVAC upgrades to Centennial Hall and integration of all new HVAC equipment into the existing building’s automation system. Together, these high impact improvements will modernize critical building systems, improve energy efficiency, enhance operational reliability, and significantly reduce long term maintenance costs.
