BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to the replacement of one freight elevator and one passenger elevator. This work is intended to increase safety and operational efficiency by meeting current safety, accessibility, and building code standards. The building 5 freight elevator will be replaced in its entirety and the building 20 passenger cab interior, controls and key components will be refurbished as required to meet current standards.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,200,000.00.
