BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work is intended to replace several roofs at the institution including the Old Superintendents House, Business Office, CI Manufacturing, Carpentry Shop, Soap Plant, and Housing Units. There are multiple styles and materials across these buildings including peaked structures with shingles and flat roofs with EPDM. The roofs on these buildings have reached the end of their useful life and are experiencing recurring leaks and failing insulation. In addition to the roofing, the scope includes, but is not limited to the replacement of associated decking, flashing, and insulation as required.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $4,000,000.00.
