The Town of Little Elm is seeking bids for the purchase of one commercial tent or rental of a commercial tent with setup/tear down services. If rental is chosen, the agreement will be for rental of tents as needed, for a period of twelve (12) months, with option to extend up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods. The Town holds approximately six (6) major events annually at Little Elm Park, plus weddings as scheduled, which take place at Little Elm Park, and Cottonwood Marina.
