Full Description
The purpose of the Paving IDIQ is to provide Base Operations to joint military, civilians and their families at USAG Benelux locations (Chievres Air Base, SHAPE, NATO Support Activity, Brussels American School, and Zutendaal), to include interagency community members with a quality of life equal to the quality of their service. Part of the quality of life missions is to have a neat, safe and healthy work environment. Contract provides paving services to Belgium portion of USAG Benelux in order for the installation to maintain its roads in an Amber/Green level in the Installation Status Report for Infrastructure (ISR-I). This requirement is for an IDIQ contract which allows the Department of Public Works (DPW) to execute projects throughout the fiscal year as required by the Annual Work Plan (AWP). All project work and related services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, technical exhibits and references and publications contained in the contract, order, or incorporated by reference.
