This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide professional consulting services to conduct an independent Management Structure and Effectiveness review per the attached Statement of Work (SOW) of NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Region per this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-16-1207 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541612 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM please access the following web site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. In order to register in SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
