Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting proposals for a secure, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform to manage content, workflow, collaboration, review, and approval processes. The solution will support various business functions, including Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Strategy, Creative Services, and Branding. The selected vendor must provide comprehensive software licensing for 25 users, along with implementation, configuration, data migration, training, maintenance, and professional services. The contract term is five years, and the award will be based on specific evaluation criteria rather than the lowest bid, potentially involving a second phase of interviews and demonstrations. Due to the potential handling of Protected Health Information such as patient images and testimonials, the platform must be designed for HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments. Vendors must comply with strict information security requirements, aligning with frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, ISO27001, or the CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, and must execute a Business Associate Agreement. Key compliance mandates include adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, New York State MWBE participation efforts for contracts exceeding one million dollars, and warranties ensuring no personnel are ineligible persons under federal or state healthcare programs. Payment is remitted within 30 days of receiving an undisputed invoice, and the vendor is responsible for all costs associated with product remediation or replacement.
