The investigative services will include, but not limited to, the following: Interview witnesses, subject employees and complainants Review documentary evidence such as reports, emails, text messages, related video/audio recordings, body worn camera footage, surveillance footage and other digital media types, or any other material identified as evidence. Generate reports related to the investigation to include an introduction, written summary of interviews, transcripts, summary of investigation, findings (if requested), notice of IA (if requested), notice of intent to discipline (if requested), required notifications pursuant to the Peace Officer Bill of Rights, letter of intent/discipline (if requested) and document counseling memos (if requested). Timekeeping and breakdown of invoice for use with internal affairs case cost tracking, conduct audits, evaluations, and/or general consultation (if requested). Provide routine updates to Sheriff's Office representative as to the progress of assigned cases.
