Corporate Naming Rights and Sponsorship Services

The contract is intended for a three-year term, with the City holding the option to extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year periods. The evaluation process utilizes a ranking system where pricing carries a significant weight of 70%, with the remaining 30% based on non-price rated criteria. Key personnel requirements include a dedicated Project Manager for asset valuation and a Sales Manager to lead commercial operations. Successful proponents must meet specific insurance mandates, including $2,000,000 per occurrence in general liability and automobile insurance, with insurers maintaining an A.M. Best rating of B+ or higher. Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) following a structured invoicing and approval cycle.
