Mandatory submission requirements include three current references from the past five years, proof of insurance, and WCB status. The successful contractor must maintain a valid City of St. Albert Business License and adhere to strict insurance requirements, including Commercial General Liability of at least 2 million dollars per occurrence and Professional Liability of at least 500,000 dollars per occurrence. Additionally, the contractor is prohibited from using non-public City information in public generative AI tools. Payment will be remitted within 30 days of receiving a compliant invoice via email.
