NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-20, 3418, 75 Scope of work • 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o No demo expected for either building. This project is to provide HVAC/Heating for both buildings. Currently no ducting exists in these spaces. THIS IS TO PROVIDE SOW/IGE ONLY. • 1.2 Site Preparation: o THIS IS TO PROVIDE SOW/IGE ONLY. Project to be developed now so funding can be allocated and executed in a later Fiscal Year. Some sites (bldg. 3418 and bldg. 20) may require aerial work platform for placement of new duct work/additional equipment. • 1.3 Construction/Repair: o SOW to cover HVAC installation for spaces inside buildings 20, 3418 and 75(entire building). Buildings will require a power survey to ensure power supplied to buildings is sufficient to support the extra load. TAB is also required once installation is complete. Project will include training for in-house HVAC personnel.  Building 20 Rooms 104A/B, Rooms 123A/B (Total Force training office) • Room 104A o Room dimension 20’x32x12’(ceiling) o Room has NO ductwork connected, utilize existing HVAC system for building if possible. o This is a small office space with cubicles and has a small server rack w/a dedicated split unit inside a closet o Redesign of Drop Ceiling/T-Bar grid if necessary • Room 104B o Room dimension 19’x14’x12’(ceiling) o Room has NO ductwork connected, this room is accessed through the back of room 104A and should also be connected to existing HVAC for building if possible o Redesign of Drop Ceiling/T-Bar grid if necessary • Room 123A o Room dimension 37’x39’x8’(ceiling) o Room has NO ...
