(CUST) NBSD-3304 MODULAR OFFICE/BIG CEILING FANS

NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-3304 Scope of work • 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o Demo existing cage and storage area, approximately 60’x25’x15’ceiling height • 1.2 Site Preparation: o May require lift or scaffolding for installation of new large warehouse ceiling fans (design similar to “Big Ass Fans”) • 1.3 Construction/Repair: o SOW to cover installation of a modular office to support 10-15 personnel and workstations • Office to be installed in space currently occupied by supply cage and temporary storage area approximately 60’x25’x15’ceiling height • Office is to have connections for Electrical and Fire suppression • Office to provide LED lighting • Install new Audible and Visual alarms for Fire Alarm • Office to have HVAC (if possible, tie into existing HVAC system) • Office to have 2 entry points for entry/egress • Install two large warehouse ceiling fans over SWRMC portion of warehouse (Design similar to “BIG ASS FANS”) • Renovate small existing office space adjacent to cage, 15’x16’x10’ o Demo current flooring/prep floors for new carpet o New Covebase o Patch/Prep/Paint walls o Install new LED lighting • 1.4 Impacts to the Base o Minimal impact to base, may require electrical/Fire Suppression outage but should be isolated to SWRMC’s portion of the building.
