Full Description

The project renovates Building P4048 Command Operation Facility located at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport. Project demolishes and replaces all poorly functioning HVAC equipment throughout the building including boilers, furnaces, domestic water equipment, gas supply systems, air distribution equipment (heating and cooling), and hot water distribution systems. Equipment will be connected to necessary pressure regulators, valves, gas cocks, piping, hydrants, and vent ducts. Project shall provide and install HVAC controls with an energy management control system. Carpet will be replaced as it is extremely worn, dirty, and deteriorating. Project will also replace plumbing, sewer, communication trays, wall finish, concrete and rubber flooring, toilet partitions, and window finishes.
