The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system and cooling units located at the Boise Regional Office in Boise, Idaho. The scope of work includes on-site repairs, semi-annual maintenance, and 24x7 emergency support, with all services required to be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and original equipment manufacturer operating and maintenance guidelines. The contractor must be APC-certified and possess the necessary diagnostic tools and equipment to service the specific equipment: a Symmetra PX1 ISX20KF 20kW N+1 208V UPS with serial number LA09252L0039, and three Schneider InRow RD 300mm fluid-cooled units with serial numbers JK1932003880, YK0901110128, and YK0901110127. All labor, materials, and parts required for inspections and certifications are included, except for batteries. Offerors must be registered with a Unique Entity ID and maintain an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) throughout the solicitation, award, performance, and payment phases. The contract is structured with a one-year base period beginning August 1, 2026, and includes four additional one-year option periods, extending potential performance through July 31, 2031.
