DCR - NH - Crow's Nest Natural Area Preserve Entrance Gravel, Spreading & Compacting-Stafford, Virginia

The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation is seeking a fixed-price bid for the delivery, spreading, and compaction of approximately 700 tons of 21A crusher run stone at the Crow's Nest Natural Area Preserve in Stafford, Virginia. The scope of work includes preparing the surface by removing debris such as trash and grass, spreading the gravel to a finished depth of 4 inches over a half-mile stretch, and using a roller compactor to ensure proper adherence and crowning for drainage. This project is designated as a Small Business Priority Set-Aside, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on a grand total basis.
