DEM Blackstone River State Park Visitor Center Maintenance of Terrazzo Floor

The contract term spans from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and includes a structured maintenance schedule consisting of weekly cleaning, monthly maintenance, and an annual deep cleaning service involving honing, sealing, and polishing. To prevent damage to marble chips and epoxy binders, the vendor is strictly prohibited from using acids, alkaline cleaners, ammonia, or bleach, and must utilize pH-neutral cleaning agents. To be considered a responsive bidder, vendors must submit a completed cost proposal using the provided Excel sheet, an organizational chart categorized by years of experience, resumes for management and key technicians, and a detailed description of their experience in terrazzo maintenance including at least three relevant client references.
