DEPERMING PIER AND PIER 5002 PILE REPLACEMENT

The contract involves the replacement of timber fender piles at the Deperming Pier and Pier 5002 in San Diego, California, with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) piles to improve durability and reduce environmental impact. A minimum of 123 fender piles will be removed and replaced at the Deperming Pier, with an additional three fender piles at Pier 5002, and up to 192 timber piles total may be replaced across both locations. Alongside this, 38 dolphin piles will be removed and replaced, and 28 new piles will be installed within the Electro Roll Magnetic Garden to support operational and structural needs.
