To authorize an existing 14-inch diameter irrigation pipe through the levee with a slant pump on a support structure, a corrugated metal pipe enclosure with positive closure device on the waterside levee shoulder, a 12-inch intake pipe within a 20-inch steel sleeve, a 2-inch conduit with electrical conductors, and a siphon breaker on the landside levee shoulder. This pipe structure was constructed in 1965 and is shown on the Operation and Maintenance Manual As Builts “Bank Protection, Right Bank Sacramento River from Monument Bend to Sacramento Weir, in 18 sheets, 1965”, file 50-04-3756, on sheets 6.3, 15.6, and 17.2 for Station 104+12.
