NOTICE: The Questions and Answers attachment has been updated to v.2 to remove the incumbent contractor’s contact information. Interested parties are instructed to discontinue inquiries with the incumbent contractor regarding TUPE. This is a post-award procedure exclusive to a contract awardee. AMENDMENT 0002 - The following changes have been made:


SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 26 March 2026 commencing at 1:00PM GMT and ending at approximately 4:00PM GMT. The Site visit will include travel to the Knights Table, followed by the Hot Pit and ending at the Gateway Dining Facilities. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The Government is seeking a qualified provider to perform Dining Facility (DFAC) Mess Attendant and Cook Services in accordance with Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement and the SF 1449.


Dates and places of performance is identified in Attachment 1- SF1449, Section F- Deliveries or performance schedules. 


The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerers-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. See Page 31 of the SF 1449 for Instructions to Offerors.


The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria is identified in the SF1449. See Page 36 of the SF 1449 for Evaluation criteria. 


The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 


There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions other than those listed in the PWS and SF1449.
