The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive disaster management, recovery, and consulting services in the event of natural or manmade emergencies, with the solicitation number 323-P27-06 and a response deadline of August 26, 2026. The services encompass pre-event planning, damage assessment, debris removal and monitoring across public rights-of-way, private property, waterways, and drainage areas, coordination with federal agencies such as FEMA and FHWA, infrastructure restoration, public communication, grant reimbursement support, and full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including 2 CFR Part 200, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, and the Build America Buy America Act.
