Division of State Architect (DSA) Approved Inspector Services for Multiple District-wide Projects

The Kern High School District is soliciting proposals under RFQP No. 7301 for Level 1, 2, and 3 Division of State Architect (DSA) approved inspector services to support multiple district-wide projects, including new construction, modernization, and site work. The contract has a total potential duration of five years, consisting of an initial term and up to four optional one-year extensions. Selection is based on the most qualified individual or firm, with specific experience requirements including at least five years for Level 1 inspectors and three years for Level 2 inspectors in high school or college construction.
