This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. In general, Work under this contract consist of: Removal and replacement of sealant at exterior precast concrete panels, windows and curtain wall perimeters of specific building modules. Site of Work is at: Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC), located at 80 East White Hills Road, St. John’s, NL A1A 5J7. The Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) is a Classified Federal Heritage Building. Care should be taken throughout the duration of the Work to prevent irreversible damage to the building.
