Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) Solution

The National Research Council of Canada is seeking a comprehensive Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solution to support its quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory obligations across domestic and international standards. The system must deliver full functionality for non-conformance tracking, document control, change management, audit management, training records, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, with deployment options limited to either on-premises infrastructure or a Government of Canada-approved Protected B cloud environment. Contractors must comply with the Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity and disclose any conflicts of interest, prior suspensions, or non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, with false certifications potentially resulting in contract termination or future ineligibility.
