Employment and Social Development Canada is soliciting virtual artificial intelligence training services under the Commercially Available IT Training Services (CAITTS) Supply Arrangement, with the goal of delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training to its leaders and employees to enhance productivity, digital literacy, and AI proficiency across the organization. The training will focus on equipping executives, managers, and team leaders with practical skills in using Copilot tools, including effective prompting techniques, real-world applications for organizational tasks, and strategies for improving communication and collaboration through AI integration. Only suppliers holding the qualified supply arrangement under PWGSC File No. E60ZH-140001 are eligible to respond, and up to four contracts may be awarded to qualified providers.
