The collection provides access to standards, codes, specifications, technical references, engineering periodicals, patents, patent applications, and enterprise knowledge sources through a single interface. The resource is a critical tool used by the engineering community, Program Management Offices, Sheppard Schoolhouse/Cable and Antenna Operations and Base SCX/Cable and Antenna shops.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by 21 August 2026, 12:00 PM, CST for this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
