The contract pertains to the follow-on services for the Enterprise Infrastructure Operations and Support Services (EIOSS) under the eAUTO initiative, which delivers comprehensive IT enterprise operations support for USCIS. This includes managing enterprise infrastructure that supports IT services, application development, deployment, and sustainment essential to USCIS’s mission. Key service areas encompass infrastructure management, cloud services, unified communications, platform operations, change and configuration management, and project management. A significant focus of this contract is the transition toward hyper-automation and orchestration to advance USCIS’s capabilities toward Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps), moving beyond traditional manual processes. The contract is set to be performed in Camp Springs, Maryland, under the Department of Homeland Security’s USCIS division. It operates through the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract vehicle and is structured as a follow-on rather than a recompete to the prior EIOSS services. Notable updates include an extension of all relevant dates, designation of contract type and award type, and the appointment of Ricardo Rocha as the primary point of contact. The contract supports NAICS code 541519, focused on other computer-related services, and includes support from alternate contact Lora Gross. The contract’s estimated period of performance extends through at least early 2026, reflecting ongoing commitments to USCIS’s enterprise automation and unified task orchestration goals.
