The City is seeking a partner with demonstrated experience in youth programming who can effectively manage daily operations while creating a positive and inclusive environment for teens. This project represents an opportunity to build upon existing Teen Center services and enhance programming that supports youth development, encourages community involvement, and promotes overall well-being for the City's youth population. The City of Española has an ongoing commitment to providing meaningful opportunities and resources for local youth. The Española Teen Center serves as a vital community space where teens can access educational support, recreational activities, and programs that promote personal growth, safety, and well-being.
