Event Equipment Rental - Shining Stars

The School District of Greenville County is soliciting fixed price bids under solicitation number 227-12 for event equipment rental and related services to support the annual Shining Stars Teacher Recruitment Event. The event is scheduled for March 13, 2027, at Southside High School. The selected vendor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of equipment management, including advance planning for booth layout and safety, professional installation, and the breakdown and removal of equipment starting at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
