The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: CERTIFIED FOODS as prescribed in FAR subpart 12.6 under NAICS Code 311999. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is estimated to be on or before July 17, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex-Food Service Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single, multiple awards or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed by 52.212-2 will be applied for determination of winning bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 27, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/.
