Coppell Independent School District (CISD) - Informal Request for Proposal (RFP): Food Supplies and Food Service Products Coppell Independent School District (CISD) is issuing this informal Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors for the procurement of food supplies, including prepared foods, retail food offerings, and related products, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to Texas Government Code § 44.031, TEA FASRAG purchasing guidelines, and federal regulations such as EDGAR, USDA, and TDA policies. This RFP aims to expand CISD’s vendor pool to ensure access to compliant, high-quality food products for district operations, including meal programs and catering services. This solicitation may be issued annually to allow additional vendors to participate. If your company is awarded through this process, you do not need to resubmit until the next formal solicitation in 2028 .
