Central Wisconsin Center (CWC) (Southern Region) 5. Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) (Southern Region) 6. Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) (Southern Region) 7. Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC) (Western Region) Bid prices must include all costs for furnishing and delivering the products included in the bid in accordance with the terms of this bid.
