Amendment 0001 extends the date and time for receipt of offers to Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 3:00p.m. (Local Time/Fort Lee, VA). Submission of SF 30 Amendment 0001 to this solicitation must be included with the proposal package with blocks 8, 15A, 15B and 15C completed. The Contractor is to provide delivery of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (FF&V) for resale in 36 commissaries located in Area 6 in California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii that are assigned to the Defense Commissary Agency's West and Pacific Area. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about June 04, 2019. The base period of performance shall commence approximately January 1, 2020- December 31, 2022 for 24 consecutive months plus three 12-month option periods. The SIC Code is 8915 and the NAICS code is 311991 for this requirement with a size standard of 500 employees. The Small Business Administration have approved an Individual Waiver for the Non-manufacturer rule, therefore the solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The waiver will allow small businesses to offer the product of a large business manufacturer for this procurement only.
