A future solicitation will be posted IAW the procedures outlined in RFO FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, in conjunction with RFO FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, RFO FAR Subpart 19.8 Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program), and RFO FAR Subpart 16.5 Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. The future RFP is for the acquisition of commercial services that will be a 100% competitive 8a set-aside.
