The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51326Q00000009, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE- BREAD. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2026-01. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812, which contains a size standard of “number of employees” not to exceed 1000 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination for 13 WEEKLY deliveries beginning July 1, 2026, thru September 30, 2026. Deliveries will be made to Federal Transfer Center, 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor.
