FY 2025-26 CDBG Street Improvements

The City of Hesperia is planning pavement rehabilitation and the reestablishment of roadway markings and delineations along five specified streets: Palm Street between Eighth and Seventh Avenues, Ninth Avenue between Lime and Cactus Streets, and Hemlock, Victor, and Redwood Avenues, each between Live Oak and Juniper Streets. All work will be confined to existing disturbed roadway areas with a maximum disturbance depth of two feet, eliminating the need for any new right-of-way acquisition or temporary construction easements. This project is part of the FY 2025-26 Community Development Block Grant Street Improvements initiative, aimed at enhancing local infrastructure without expanding land use.
